Austin was extremely helpful with his service over the phone and gave good advice

I had gotten Steve’s contact through a friend and reached out to him due to mold concerns in our bathroom. Steve was incredibly honest and informative, making me feel so much better about our minor mold discovery. He was so knowledgeable about mold growth and spent time with me to explain the environmental factors leading to the growth and he even gave advice on how to treat it vs other companies that quote thousands of dollars to replace subfloors when not needed. While not typically what their company specializes in, I am so grateful Steve came out and gave us honest feedback!

I had such a positive experience working with Austin at Liberty Environment. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the process easier for me. His quote was also the lowest I received. I’m truly grateful for his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. It’s rare to come across someone who cares this much about providing good service. I would highly recommend Austin.

Prices are fair, knowledge of process is extensive, and they are willing to tell you everything to keep you informed. Austin was insanely helpful with the process. Can't recommend enough.
